In the southernmost part of the Lesser Daegries there lived a family of healers. Now, they were not your usual sort, spinning yarns and wearing their magik on their sleeves like a badge. No, they were more like field mice, hiding from the rest of the world in fear. Fear from what, or whom, well… that is what this tale is all about.
